I've been back to abusing it for a few days now. I don't like them as much as regular crunchy Cheetos, but I'm on a healthy diet now, so figured I'd better have some vegetables added to them (hence the Jalapeños)

We've got it here too. It was predicted for the coast.

All of my power lines are underground so I rarely lose power. But it's really blowing!

Southerly wind gusts to near 40 mph are possible for the next few hours in the southern and central Willamette Valley...and in the western sections of the Portland Metro area such as around Hillsboro as a strong low off the coast moves north. This can cause some debris from trees to fall.

All the hatches are as battened down as they can be. The garage door is rattling to beat the band. I just went outside and picked up our garbage cans (they are sheltered on the side of the house but it's like a wind tunnel...ye gads).

We have nothing like that going on here, but they are forecasting rain for the next few days. If it follows true to form, most of the rain will fall in the mountains near here, and we'll stay relatively dry.

There's even a chance of a thunderstorm, but they never seem to get close to us.
