I was looking into buying the Speedlite 580 for my 20d and I was wondering what you guys thought about the flash? Is it worth the money? I will be using it with a Canon 24-70L f/2.8 lens. Thanks alot for your help and comments -- Jimmy

I laughed at the dealer when they originally tried to sell me mine. As I have a couple of other Speedlites...and a 20D as well. They told me...you know...this flash was designed with your style of camera in mind. Well I finally screwed up the courage to shell out the money for one of these...and you know what...they were right. This thing is great. Even in automatic shooting modes it out-performs any of the other flashes I have had on my camera. If you can afford it...go out and get it...it is a wonderful compliment to the 20D.
