A Quick Shoot in Cold, Snowy Winona Lake

I was visiting my girlfriend and this is what happened. I brought my 580, stand, and umbrella but ended up just using natural light.

I've only made minor (color balance and exposure curve adjustments) and have NOT cropped these pictures yet. I'm open to suggestions as far as cropping or further editing.

fairly nice I think the backgrounds are a little distracting maybe focusing a little more on the face would be better.

These shots are almost straight out of camera. I plan on doing a crop and edit. I was just looking for suggestions.

I like the background in #2. Overall I think you did a good job.
I would bring out the blacks a little more when you post process, but that is just my opinion.
