I don't want to be too harsh...

the first one, I think you added to much fill or recovery light. the cat's ears are cutoff. The second one is nice, but again the bottom of the cat is cutoff. the last one, nice rule of thirds, but it looks like nothing more than a snapshot to me, the horizon seems to be not level too.

I do think if you cropped #2 it might turn out well:) The exposure turned out great on it.

In addition to what Quentin wrote, the eyes in #2 appear to be slightly out of focus. It looks like the camera grabbed the ears. I didn't look at the metadata, but the depth of field suggests that this was a large aperture shot. When you're shooting this way, you must be extra careful to make sure that the eyes are in razor sharp focus.
