Sometime there's not much in the way of FG interest on a sandy beach so this fallen dead tree was the only candidate under this lovely sky.

Very nice, love the way it seems to go from colour to black and white as it goes down towards the tree!

Mind, that sky would have supported any picture, even without any specific foreground interest. Lovely

Indeed, those skies are quite lovely. The tree in the foreground makes for a bit of a different image, but in a good way, if that makes any sense? Many shots like this show rocks in the foreground or piers leading out into the water and skies
