Hi!

Here are some shots from a recent shoot I did for a paying customer. It was the first time I took my equipment to the clients premises....really nervous!!

Anyway, I ended up taking some shots with the nifty fifty and one softbox. The two girls that I shot, were real characters and I hope I captured that with these!

I tried different B&W conversions in pp too.

Here they are, hope you like them. The parents did...infact they want me to go back and do a family shoot and put them on large canvas!!

Second one is really nice - great focus on the eyes, decent lighting, and a cute expression . Not a big fan of the hand in the mouth but the clarity of the shot is fantastic. Maybe a bit overblown on the facial highlights as well.

LOVE them, cute kids. My wife and I are still laughing at those faces they are making. Good job.

Hi! thanks for the comments, just to let you know, they 'blown highlights' seem to be part of the b&W conversion that I did. The colour version seems to be fine. I used a preset action for the effect. Cheers

I think the first one is awesome!! Second one is cute but the first one made me bust out laughing.
I have 2 daughters myself and remember many times when they were young making goofy faces for the camera. IMO, Nothing creepy about it - just good fun.
The expressions are priceless.
Well done!
