Ryan is a good friend of mine and one of the top wedding photographers in the world. He's spoken at WPPI many times and all over the world.
Unlike a lot of people on the circuit he's a working photographer who personally photographs 60+ weddings a year and runs a studio that shoots 100+
This is his only US stop this year so if you are in Chicago or even can make it in, I think it's worth it.
He's won so many awards I can't even list them and the seminar and workshop are priced very reasonably! I've studied under him for a week and paid over $2k!!
