My buddy at the camera store has been keeping his ears open for me, and he has one of those customers with a lot of money that just buys whatever is new and is the next best thing. Every year he does it so I am going to try and jump on his wagon train and keep buying his hand me downs. If this had come out of a box I wouldn't have questioned if it was brand new or not. It has under 3000 shots on it and is spotless. I can't wait to go out and shoot some with at the X Games! I am gonna try and ride some tomorrow but will probably end up shooting more then riding!:D

FINALLY! Time for me to step up my game at least a little bit! This thing may as well be brand new!

On a side note, I see that Jeff Kardas is using a 5D Mark III this year, and he is human :) I thought his older 1-DS MK II ? setup was unreal, and his new images are still awesome, but just different (more clipped ? high lights)

This is a buddy of mine that is a total beginner, but I did my best to show how him how to do a "magazine" shot, and he did alright! More importantly, the new body took tack sharp shots every time! The image size is bit smaller, but I think it makes up for it in clarity for sure!

It's nothing exciting, but it's good to know everything works! Now I just need a 300!
