It looks like my 7D is already sold along with my old 70-300 so that takes care of the Mark III bill. The next purchase will be something shorter and wider though. 1DX, 1D MarkIV, 5D MarkIII, 70-200mm 2.8., 400mm 2.8, 24-70 2.8, 17-40, 15mm

The additional bokeh from the full frame sensor is pretty amazing in addition to the massive file size for printing/graphic layouts. Also having a bum wing shooting my 300 late into the day has become very difficult. A monopod helps but isn't a legitimate fix. \

Sorry to hear about your arm....DO NOT SELL THE 300 lol, the 300 on a full frame is pure magic, nothing like it, distracting backgrounds GONE with that setup. Plus it you are shooting with a 1.3 or so, you will really miss the reach once to get a ff.

Honestly I will give up my 300mm f2.8 and one of my 1D3's to get a 1DS3, pay for my 70-200 to upgraded to the version 2 and maybe an AB800. The flexibility having both FPS speed and file size far outweigh my 300mm. It also fits the direction I am starting to go. Imagine your favorite picture printed the size of a wall or as a fathead that is razor sharp and just plain crisp. This is not likely possible with a 1D3, it could happen but you would have to be super lucky.
