The first shot, the guy was hauling a$$, that's why the spokes look good even at that shutter speed, and it depend on how ambitious you are on any given day. If I'm feeling lazy, I wont shoot slower than the 200's on up. It takes quite a bit of work to pan shots for a few hours. 1/160
