Tony Sweet DVDs: worth while for a Canon shooter?

Tony Sweet has done a few DVDs about some of his photography workshops to great acclaim. He is a Nikon shooter and writes for Nikon World magazine. I am rather keen in getting some of his DVDs but feel a little worried about him promoting Nikon equipment throughout the workshop. Has anyone watch any of his videos? Are they worth while? Would a Canon shooter be put off at all?
