This is my first post here and I thought I'd share a couple of shots I took while dragracing this fall at a nearby track. This is my first year shooting so I would greatly appreciate some c.c.! I wanted to try a slightly softer more nostalgic feel with these, something I don't see very often in relationship with the edgyness of dragracing.

Sorry, this should have been in the motorsports section. Can it be moved if needed?

If your intent was a softer nostalgic look, maybe try some black and white.

Disagree actually, there's a nice 70's-esque feel to the colours and so on with these, and I think using B&W for the same effect can be a bit heavy-handed.

Prefer the first shot, some real mood in there. :)

Cheers, Dave.
