Oh my goodness. Haven't seen one of those in years. Does it still work? It looks pretty clean.

It didn't come with any film but I know the lab down the street has Portra and Ultra NC/VC on sale for 25% off in the 120 size.

The other night I was being told about these things and how cheap/great they are to play around with.

I have a 120FN that I used a lot in college. I think I want to get the 35mm adapter just for easier processing, plus it exposes the film all the way through the sprocket holes. I actually like the N better than the FN because the N (if I'm not mistaken) has a hotshoe while the FN has a built in flash. While using a holga with radio transmitters and off camera flash might be a bit overkill, I think it would renew my interest in the camera. :p

I don't think he owns any of those fancy britches, we can count ourselves lucky he even got dressed.

Enjoy the Holga I promise to laugh at you if I run into you on the streets (of course you can laugh back and you likely will).

BTW how many megapickles does it have I bet my little P&S has more.

Oh and have a good New Year may it be photographically brilliant!!!

I wanted some semblance of resolution so you can make out the subject of the photo if it is people, so I went with the 120. It is cool though that the 35mm adapter would expose all the way around the sprockets! Vancouver still has a pretty strong film scene so there isn't much trouble getting 120 run around here.

Ah damn I didn't realize my monocle had dropped off before we took that photo!

I wish! my problem isn't so much finding the 120 film as it is the cost of processing. If I was still souping my own black and white negatives I probably wouldn't mind, but finding a place around here that processes 120 color for less-than-expensive is exceedingly difficult.

I haven't run C-41 in a long time... the two pro labs here do 120 dip and dunk for $5. Is that out of line or pretty cheap?
