In home quick studio set up..

Just playing around with few lights.. had 2 flashes, one to the right and one to the left of the camera.. Just got myself a boom, so next will add a flash on a boom for hair light... CC welcome!

If he is going to wear dark clothes, make sure you get some seperation lighting on the clothes. Otherwise, it looks like he has no legs!

I like the first one. I would have used reflector for fill but use your 2nd light as bg. That will help separate him from the black bg. Or move main light or your fill so that it moves some of it on the bg.

Thanks for the tips... I wanted to keep the background pure black, and it's hard to control the light with limited space and keep him separated from the bg.. The only way out might be to not use black clothing.. Hair/Rim light would help a little too...
