Went to the falls just before Christmas and had a chance to walk about with my camera that night. Here are some shots of the Falls... CC is always welcome.

1. My fave shot from this night

2. The Red look.

3. The Horseshoe Falls are also lit.

4. Very similar to a shot I took this summer during the morning.

5. These next two were taken from above the Horseshoe Falls... The effect was almost otherworldly.

Very nice series. I've only been once and that was in the summer. Looks COLD!!

Was a cool one... definitely below freezing. I always find the falls feel colder than most other places--because of the humidity I think. Thanks for your comment.

I have to make that trek out to the falls again during the winter... Nice shots!
