i had 35 gift calendars printed by vistaprint this year and i was very happy with the price, quality and printing. around xmas i ran short and ordered three more calendars.

only two arrived and the pictures were underexposed. i called vistaprint and quickly got ahold of an agent. with no questions asked he sent out a new order, which i received about a week later.

the calendars look great just like the first batch. now that's what i call great customer service :D.

that's good, considering the not-so-great things you hear regarding their biz cards....

Hmm, they did a decent job of a few calendars a year or so back but after getting some business cards done by them (the price ends up nearly twice the initial headline offer) I ain't going back there again. That's here in the UK so maybe you get a better service over there?

my business cards from them have been excellent. i'm not sure of the price because my wife ordered them both times from her account.

i know the calendars with embellishments ran me $10 each delivered and were very hi-quality. similar calendars from a different company cost me almost double that last year.

i was amazed to get a customer service guy so quickly because i called in the evening and it was right before xmas. i do think the guy was in india because his english was so good and he was very proper and polite :D.

i don't bond with vendors but i do reward them with my business as long as they keep me happy :D.

My first run of biz cards where through Vistaprint. The quality of the cards was ok. Nothing stellar, but then again, I didn't design a stellar card. However, when I checked my account to make sure I had been charged for them, the cost was nearly 3 times what the receipt was for. I finally talked to someone 2 days after I started calling. It took them nearly 3 months to get the extra charges credited back to me. I will not be using them again for anything. I'm glad you're having good luck with them, Ed. I use Overnightprints.com for my biz cards and letterhead and the quality is fine and have a quick turn around. I haven't used any of their other products, though.

It's good to know your calendars came out well. I also had problems with business cards from them, however I can't complain at all about their customer service. They did reprint the cards for no extra charge. When those weren't right either, they refunded my money. Can't ask for more than that.

you guys with problems has this been recently? right after i talked to the agent i goit an e-mail asking me to rate the encounter and i gave it high marks. so it's possible they have changed or are trying to change (i've heard many complaints too).

i'll keep using vistaprint unless there are problems that aren't resolved to my satisfaction. their 1/2-price sale on calendars is the best deal i've been able to find and they have done and excellent job on my cards.

I has been about a year, maybe a little less, that I had issues w/ Vistaprint. I don't blame you for sticking with them. We go with what works and if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I was actually approached the other day about some calendars for dance troop, thanks to a buddy of mine. It very well might balloon into a rather large "contract." I might just give Vistaprint another chance. I know you wouldn't promote something you don't trust.

I use Vistaprint for ALL of my business printing (brochures, cards, etc). They are excellent. I am right next door to a commercial print shop so needless to say I feel a bit guilty.

I ordered 10 calendars in November from Vistaprint, wanted to see what they were like. Loved them & great price (around $10.00 each for the heavier paper). All my family wanted them & more so I went back & reordered but the price jumped on them. I emailed Vistaprint & a woman replied saying theyèd reinstate my introductory offer..Great, I ordered 35 more, love them.
Made a new calendar & ordered 1 plus a desk calendar... no problems. Now made a different one, with the lighter paper, ordered 3 + desk calendar but they came back with 3 of the months way too dark so I called customer service, talked to a guy in Jamaica who was awesome... offered my money back or a reorder. Got the new calendars immediately & am very pleased with Vistaprint, would definitely reorder... If you have a problem with them just call & there very quick to help you out... (sorry for being longwinded...)

We have a couple of "professional" print shops locally and I don't feel guilty at all. They remain open simply because they are a chain store. I've seen their work and it is well below what I would call acceptable. A lot of people aren't happy w/ their service or quality.
