I wouldn't buy from any on-line store that doesn't score over 9.0 lifetime on resellerratings.com. 7.0 is really low.

Good luck. I doubt that they will though unless they are truly a reputable store that is competition to them. B&H and Adorama are both reputable stores that typically have close to the best prices available. Sometimes Amazon beats them.

Leisure Pro is a division of Adorama--same company.

Their poor rating must be due to the small number of reviews then. Or maybe the diving business is a tougher crowd!

I have made multiple purchases of pelican cases and some snorkeling equipment, and have had great results. I can’t say anything about customer support, as I have never had to call them.

Ya know Helen, with you being active on this forum and with the kind of great responses you give I just may have to try Adorama out. I've had such good fortune with my B&H orders (never a mess up in 5 years) that I've been scared to mess with success :)

went with b&h, 1624 is $327 shipped and 3% bing. had to order lid organizer from westside wholesale in california, called them to check stock and the guy seemed very helpful and friendly. firsttime buying from them. don,t like buying that far from home takes to long to get here but could not find it on east coast. now the wait begins with a holiday and a weekend to hold it up.

I have bought many items from them in the past, they seem to be pretty good, fast shipping and great customer service.

I had no issues when I bought my Pelican case from them - good price, fast shipping, I was happy with the transaction.

leisurepro is a huge NYC brick and morter for scuba gear and for pro photo stuff. I spent a fortune with them through the mail on scuba gear without any issues, if it's the same guys.
