Hi,

I'm using D30 on default settings I shoot in JPG Adobe sRGB, is anyone can tell if I have to customize any settings (customize colour settings, sRGB, Adobe sRGB) in the camera for good results,

Thanks

I think the first thing you'd better do is find out for sure if a "D30" is actually what you are using

Or the 30D?

I only shoot RAW, so cannot help you with jpeg settings. I assume you are after advice on picture style, saturation, sharpening etc which I prefer NOT leaving to the camera?

If it's a D30, it won't have picture styles... It will have saturation, sharpening etc. I always leave those neutral (in the middle) and use post processing to get the desired effect.. Setting these are meaningless when shooting RAW, but they work well when shooting in JPEG and editing them later.

The difference between sRGB and Adobe RGB is well covered in this thread: https://photography-on-the.net …p?t=773324&highlight=srgb
