From 10/30/14. Two 2x TCs stacked on the 120-300 at iso320 and stopped down to f14. 72% of original frame and darkened by around 50%

Great shot of the moon! You and I had the same idea. It has also been a long time since I photographed the moon. Indiana gave me a very clear view tonight of the moon :)

First attempt with the 7D II. I know that skill really makes the photo, but after this, I have to say, the nicer camera doesn't hurt either lol. I never got anything this crisp off my 40D. Its not perfect, wish I had a longer telephoto lens, but not bad for a $100 lens.
