The full moon and Jupiter were about the only things out tonight, so I thought I'd see if I could get anything worthwhile. And since I had nothing else of interest in any of the pictures, I decided to combine the shots into one image.

Here is one from tonight's full moon and one from a few days back. May not be the best crops and such but hey its the moon right? Pretty happy with this new 100-400 ii but it also makes me want more reach now! I like my second photo more.

Not the greatest quality.. Seeing was really poor tonight and I had a hard time finding a place around here I could see past the trees for the eclipse.

Tonight's moon.. I took a break and was looking through my 10x50 binoculars at the moon when an aircraft passed in front of it. Was very cool to watch, but wish I had caught it on my camera

The Moon near the bright star Regulus (Alpha Leonis) last night. An occultation (where the Moon passes in front of the star) happened a few hours after I took this shot.

And an occultation of a different kind... in this case a Golden Orb-Weaver spider in front of the Moon!
