bannedPermanent ban

I have the original 100-400, and picked up a 2x converter (in canon white) for ridiculously cheap 2nd hand...

I use this for moon shots on the 7DII...

Finally I've got a scope that i will use for planets and the moon, yesterday it was delivered although i went to DHL driver nearby to pick it up.

I hope it will give me nice results as i saw by another user of that scope on flickr, at the meanwhile i just watch this thread.

Couple with the new lens. Seems sharper with the 7dmkii at 309mm (I meant to shoot at 375mm) vs the 5dmkiii at 600mm. Both were manually focused via live view at 10x and I used a wireless remote shutter.

Tonight was a pretty good clear night - a rarity here on Vancouver Island.

Full moon rising among the clouds. The Acropolis of Athens

How many years have they been working on the Parthenon? It seems like forever, I used to live in Greece back in the 70's before they started fixing it up.
