The moon got mooned.

Nov 10, 2022 05:12 | #7667 Unfortunately I was unable to get any shots of the eclipse. There were lots of great shots posted here though. But I was wondering if anyone else has come across this composite taken by Andrew McCarthy? What a brilliant image. You can clearly see that the eclipse is being caused by a round object.

MalVeauX "Looks rough and well used" More info | Dec 09, 2022 07:43 | #7675 Last night's 99% illuminated waning gibbous. Normally I don't bother with full moons as their features have low contrast, but I was after color and more signal allows better signal for color. This was a little quick grab after we viewed Mars at its near opposition. IMAGE LINK: https://flic.kr/p/2o4S2gUVery best,

Did you get a picture of Mars passing by the Moon the other night?? I didn't, weather wasn't cooperating. We did Jupiter, Saturn, Mars at opposition and the Moon last night as a solar system tour.
