Nice, well lit and well focussed. For the composition I would have put a little more of the red bowl in it - like 1/4 of the bottom section, may be.
In PP you might want to add a bit of contrast to let the plant stem stand out more from the background?

okay...I cropped the base because the reflection was distracting, need to learn how to manage reflections. Okay on contrast.

Quite nice to my eye. Adding to Henk, and assuming that the subject is the sprout, maybe tone down reds and boost greens. It would be interesting to see the background fading into distance at the top - but that would be another artistic interpretation altogether.
