Hundreds of Roosting Pied Wagtails

These trees are in the town centre of Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, UK. It's very difficult to see but I tried to capture how many birds were roosting there. Got too cold in the end to hang around much longer

Interesting shots... that first shot looks like an oriental tapestry, beautiful design.

These are incredible shots Anke. This takes 'safety in numbers' to a whole different level. It looks even more impressive when viewed in the enlarged version.
