I'm a sucker for fawning over calves. .. ha. There's nothing much cuter than a baby cow. (we use to breed, birth & raise horses.. and even though the foals are precious, I still just love the calves!)

The hills around here are also getting dotted with the spring calves. I love it!

About 2 weeks ago, one was born on the side of a hill in pasture.. and it started rolling down the hill. It had to be rescued.. but all is ok now. It paired up w/mama as soon as the cows were brought down from the hillside.

Your pix are good shots but a bit overexposed. .. Have you thought to PP them a tad to make them even better?

Calves are my favorite too they are just so cute. I live in the country and although I dont have any myself our house is in the middle of a 300 acre farm with a cattle pasture next to our yard. My two girls 6 and 2 also love them, so I get plenty of the good old fashioned country shots. Cant get enough.

I know! Its like calves are sooo cute and then they grow up to be cows(still pretty cute).. but foals start out kinda awkward and then grow up to be beautiful horses!
