365 Project

I’ve started my 365 (actually, 366) project. Does anyone know how to post here from 500px.com?

Well, it's off to a bit of a rough start, forgot to take a picture on the first day! I didn't totally forget, but this picture of my cat was taken with my phone and was NOT intended for my 366 day 1, it was just my family messing around putting clothes on the cats, lol.
I actually ran downstairs to take a different shot and once I got it on the computer I saw it was actually taken at 12:07... fail. Not to mention my camera is an hour off because I never changed it for daylight savings, so the file says 1:07 Jan. 2nd... double fail.

The shot I took for the project was really nothing special, just trying to think of something fast. It's part out of the inside of some toy that had a color-changing LED on it, I threw it on top of one of my photo books and snapped a few quick shots, the end.

I've included both shots, and I'm going to count the 12:07 Jan. 2nd shot as day one...because I make the rules.

Now, off to figure out day 2....

But I think there's probably a better blog platform and if I find time one of these days I'll try to transfer it over to a Wordpress site or something.

My rules are my ''day'' isn't over until I've went to bed. I'm often shooting late at nights and in clubs and don't want to have to mess with the exact time the picture was shot

Well if nothing else, when things don't go as planned, it makes for a fun shot of the day. Turns out my mixing spoons are too wimpy for candy making.

Awesome, never though of it that way, I'm sticking with that rule since I'm a bit of a night owl anyway. I usually don't go to sleep until 2 or 3am.

A little "bending of the rules" can go along way and reduce my stress with regards to this project

kskitt, that sounds pretty ambitious to use only 1 lens/lens type. Also sounds very fun, but I'm not quite that motivated so I'll be using whatever camera/lens is available or fits my shot. Can't wait to see your results!

I do enjoy a challenge, its going to be hard seeing as im up early for work and late in from work/gym, but seeing as im a lady i should be able to multi task

12th Man Flag at half mast, the day after the end of a 7-9 Seahawk season. But there's always next year!
