I see some excellent stuff on here!

Tell me, is there some reason why everyone feels they need to use Flickr? Why limit yourself in both picture size and posts?

What's wrong with a free blog at Blogspot.com? You get total control. I just created one and will be starting mine on April Fool's Day.

Just wondering.

I use Flickr because it is a really cool community, posting and looking in different groups is great!

Also I love the layout, and the fact all the images are still sharp :D

I'm going to try and catch up today when I get in from work. So as I said, expect an update tonight!

I'll be doing just whatever. Like most people, I'll have some with thought and some with naught. It will be an exercise in tenacity, that's for sure. I'm already on the right track--My camera goes with me almost everywhere I go.

Here's the link to my 365 blog (empty as of this writing):

Whether it works out or not, I'm going to have fun with it just like you guys all are!

I had a blog once upon a time, I guess I just don't understand why you would use one for photography...what do you WRITE about unless your Strobist and seemingly have all the knowledge on lighting...THAT I understand, but for a joe-blow-hobbyist???

Photography is just as much about the story that goes with the photo as it is the photo itself.

I agree, I just feel like my stories/photos are NOT of interest to a vast majority of people...lol...
