How do I activate the AF Point Expansion on my new 7D.
I know it's under custom functions.
Trying to read the manual after watching football all day has my brain fried.

I think I was using spot AF, but using a 300mm lens means the birds were pretty small in the viewfinder except when they flew directly overhead so other modes just didn't make as much sense.
