Maybe not, but if I was in the market for this lens at a $700.00 or better savings I would drive the 325 miles (1/2 way) to avoid the risk of shipping, but I was driving that twice a week a few months ago every week fro the last 5 years. But then again it usually only rains around here not snow.

Shhhhh........ Im trying to distract him! I'm less than half of his distance from that lens, and have had my eye on it for a week now. I'm just trying to figure out how to get my wife to not notice the missing car in the driveway...;)

Here's living proof the nice guys don't finish last! :)

Darn it, you're making me want to be more nice... so hard... must try.......... ... ... ... :I (see that's smiling... I'm nice too... someone buy me a lottery ticket...). :p

BTW, you still owe me $2000USD, feel free to send it to me soon, PM for payment instructions... oh and don't worry if you don't remember you owe me money. It's payment for memory loss treatment.... don't forget now`~`~`!! (darn it couldn't find the one key).

Opps, spoke too soon... still at least you have the money to get it fixed. :D :D

Funny how it all evens out in the end, eh?

From the first post:

;)

Wow, I guess I fail at reading. At least it doesn't look like a scam. Even when I saw just the Craigslist posting, I thought it looked a bit fishy.

LOL... Good luck with that Derek, let me know how it turns out, maybe I can do the same.

Do not buy it for yourself. Instead, buy it for me.

I want a 400 5.6 IS to be made... that would be awesome for outdoor sports and such... and I might be able to actually afford it.

As for the 400 2.8 IS... DON'T BUY IT DOOOOOD! You'll become too good and the rest of us will become jealous and such!
