Two-minute skyline exposure. Need your help: B&W or Color?

Normally this isn't the case, but I simply cannot decide.

5D + 17-40L + Hoya CPL + B+W ND110 (25mm, f/18, 120 seconds, iso50). Which shall it be? Thanks for the help!

I'm liking the B&W, the buildings really pop out. In the color version, it seems the buildings are flatter.

Not sure - But how about a crop

The bottom 1/3 doesn't add much IMO

The crop is one thing I'm happy with - for me, the empty roads add something to the shot (desolate cityscape).

I like the B+W, but there something about the color shot that is also appealing! Great shot by the way!

What if you do a IR to the shot, would keep the same feel but make the trees glow. But on second thought that might pull your attention away from the rest of the shot!

Open your original shot in PS and go to Black and White palette... try following setting: Reds -152 , Yellows 27 , Greens 127 , Cyans 47, Blues -77.

I voted for the color version. B&W photos are not my preference unless there is something really dramatic about them and this doesn't have that X-factor for me.

If you have PS just add a gradient map over it with black to the left and white to the right and voila. You will have a more compelling image. You could also toy around with the channel mixer set to monochrome to give it more POP.
