Been a long time since I've posted here. The clouds came out as the sun disappeared and shutter speed dropped to 1/60. Had to time the shot when he was momentarily standing still.

Great shot -- those birds are SO skitterish and hard to see, let alone photograph. We have some huge ones around here and feel quite lucky to catch sight of 'em.
