My Seat Ibiza Sport

Now I have had this car for over 6 months now, just not put any shots here. So here you go. Obviously not all were taken on the day...

The light on #2 looks pretty good. Got a close-up of it?
#6 would be better without the sign & trees reflecting in the side.
I like the last one & it would be better without the clouds reflecting in the side. Black cars look best in late light on days with a clear sky.

I'm diggin #2. I have always had a taste for these cars. But then again, I like most of the Seat, Skoda and VW offerings. I guess I'm nuts like that.
I think you have too many photos of the rear of that car. While nice, it just isn't as cool as the front end.

Out of interest how would I go about reducing the clouds on the side?

Unfortunatly don't have a close up of 2# Was only using the 50mm in that shot. I didn't move closer.

Chas - See I love the rear, think teh front looks a bit rubbish. Could get a new front though

Shoot on a clear, blue sky day?

The clone tool might work, but it would be a PITA until you get used to working within a selection, which is the only way I'd use it in #6. Where there is a sharp border between colors, on something like a door seam, I've found that it's easier to select an area & clone within it to keep the colors from mixing.
Or select the door seam, invert that selection, & clone outside of the seam. There's an element of black magic with this stuff. Sometimes I get better results using the old clone tool at 5% & sneaking up on the result I want. Did you know that it has different modes, just as the layers have Blend Modes?

Frank, he lives in England, they don't get too many clear blue sky days there. Not this time of year anyway.

Frank - Thanks for the tips on the clone. Think I need to really have good go at it!

Chas - Plenty of clear skies at the moment, loads of snow and crisp blue skies Although yor right, it is unusual lol. They do some kits but I hate body kits. I could get an updated bumper kit, which looks slightly better/more aggressive, but still keeps the OEM looks.

Michigan, surrounded by water, shares much the same weather. That's why my clone tool gets a lot of use!
