Cannon Beach Almost Gear Drowning

Went to Cannon Beach OR this weekend and ventured down to this beachfront waterfall. Just had to get the right vantage point. This is about ten secs before a huge wave hit me. Fortunately I threw myself in front of my gear and took most of it myself. Camera and gear (Canon 5D and 14L) are fine....who cares about me! :) ;)

Nice photos, and for #2 I must say that's an HDR that actually looks very nice. Hope you two had a fun time!

Thanks...it was a great trip and for HDR I go for the less is more style :)

Cannon Beach is a nice place! Oregon beaches are so different then any other beaches I've been too!
