Haha! I can see the point of HDR, Victor's use of it is perfect, how ever looking through that site it seems like alot of the shots were pants before they were hammered through the HDR process .. I would have to agree - it's like the example Chris made about converting a shot to mono to save it - when it's done right it should be envisaged in HDR or mono not 'salvaged' by this means... 500px

For someone who is supposed to be at the top of the game as far as photography and printing goes, click on the panorama to get the large version. What is the first thing you see? right hand side part of image isnt exposed correctly? 7D

What came first, the image, or the story. Sometimes I am not sure and I don't think it really matters. I am a fan of letting the image do the talking. I wholeheartedly agree... I find the same with a lot of art too, the artist relies in the text to tell the story rather than the image... 500px

The terminal should be ice free as I spent today shoveling the bloody stuff after 8 hours the novelty wares off ![]() Eeep. How come shovelling? Did the gritter die. I've got a great video on my phone of coming off the train French side on the 18th Dec to see they'd barely done anything with the snow, there were only tyre tracks on the off ramps and they were sending vehicles up one at a time. They now have 3 tractors with snow ploughs that have arrived a touch late that just sit around, no doubt they'll be needed again if winter continues in this vein.
