The difference between the 430EX and the mkII is the footmount, MKI is screwtype, MkII is a fast clamp.
Refresh times are also faster on the the MKii and it doesnt make the ringing noise as the capacitor charges

The noise doesn't bother me and I have the mk1 version already and it refreshes fast enough, think I'll go for that! Cheers mate .. I own you a pic of me eating playdough now! ;)

I have GT5P too and my PSN name is same as my forum name. Feel free to send me friend invites,
Back in forza word i tried the almafi course with the datsun and on lap attack aka time trial i couldnt get under 1min 8 secs with a standard car. i did have a go at some drifting which was good fun with atuned up 350z. Have you visited the test track C which has lots of open space and a wharehouse to drive through its an awesome track for photos as its basically a big open space witha coned of track area?

1:08 isn't too bad with a standard car. Mitesh and I have been tuning and fine-tuning our cars (completely differently, I'm sure) and have knocked seconds off our original times.
