I think you're going to be safe for quite some time, mate.

Im going through the process of career mode. So many races are massive long tournaments. I should have done those first.

When did you take these Jon? If you go a bit further up there are some beach huts on the other side of the path to the beach I keep meaning to go down there and get some shots.

LMAO - there's some truth in that but not all directors fell into the job, a few of us worked our way up through the ranks :) You can work your way through strategy a whole lot faster if you actually understand what you are talking about ;)

Lies. You just have a copy of "The IT Director's Big Book of Blagging".

I've got the Blagger's Guide to Moderating.

It's come in very useful.

You'd be surprised Matt coming from farming stock I can tell you that if the field is used for livestock you have to make sure that you don't keep the same livestock on it all the time as cows and horses leave the grass quite long and sheep will crop it very short, horses tend to leave all their dung in certain places not eat there and this results in very thick grass where they crap and bare patches where they eat, while sheep and cows will crap anywhere and eat anywhere so dragging a harrow across the field will spread the manure round the field also a grass field will need to be rested and nutrients replace and stones will need to be removed ans fields do tend to grow stones. An arable field cant grow the same crop over and over again so crops need to be rotated from cereal to root as they use and replace different nutrients in the soil as well as fertilizing both types of field etc.
Bet you wish you never asked now don't you ;)
