Still training for 2012 I see :)

I had a good hour of 5-a-side last night, 2nd week running after 1.5 years out due to a torn hamstring.
Straight in an ice bath last night. It really does help take the pain away post sports. Never really tried it before but last 2 weeks it works a treat.
So I can be forgiven for a do-nut (infact there are that many it could be 2) ;)
More weight loss this afternoon aswell as I'm having my haircut ;)

I don't mind :)

I had some really bad muscle spasams last year while skiing in Bulgaria. I found a good cure for it was some bulgarian muscle relaxants and beer. Not that I'm recommending mixing the two, but it certainly dulls the pain :D

I love my daughter. So like her dad. I'll do something silly in the hope of making her laugh and she just looks at me and facepalms

Ya gotta love em .. Harry walked in this morning wearing my DC's and saying "hello, I'm daddy Matt, stop being a pain in the bum!" ..
