afternoon folks...

did that silly thing of buying toys at lunchtime and then being stuck in the office until hometime! I will actually never (ever) learn!

Matt - I have to say that offer for the Nat Geo mag looks amazing... it's typically £5 an issue... and a free fleece to boot! may have to partake myself!

anyone got any shooting planned for the weekend?

I have subscribed .. :D

I'm shooting with Victor on Monday! :D

Hi guys.

Got to take some photos of a model/friend in a studio, hence need lights, i got a 550 and 580, and stands and everything though may need to get a new trigger set, so need some ideas please that will trigger off camera flashes.
I am tempted to pick up a small studio lighting kit, I feel it is easier with constant lighting, than strobes.

Also in the near Future want to do some Car Shots outside, is it better to use softboxes, or you guys who do this use strobes and umbrellas?

Thanks

Had my first slightly reasonable sale today on shutterstock ( micro stock site ) instead of the normal 25 cents per download got $28. I know it is pittance but made me feel better about myself while I am waiting for the big sales to come through on Alamy
