I have searched, but am coming up w/ nada, zilch, zip. How do you compensate your additional shooters for T&I shoots? I've heard someone say they give them the option of a flat rate or a percentage of the overall sales. Things are starting to fall into place for getting contracts (finally) and I want to have all my ducks in a row.
1. How do you compensate your shooters?
2. If it's a flat rate, how much do you pay or how do you determine the amount.
3. If you give a percentage, what is standard?
I don't want to cheat those I hire, but don't want them to feel underpaid. Fortunately, I will have my wife as a second shooter.
