Went on a Rain Forest trip in Manzanillo, Costa Rica with a local guide and we got to see some eye lashed vipers in the wild :)

Hrm a bit soft, but they look sharp before I put them on Flickr. Oh well....I'll just blame it on the humidity of the jungle ;)

cute little snake. Would have been a great trip. your aperture and shutter speed are both really low, when shooting in jungles/rainforest you pretty much always have to build your light levels with flash and the get the shutter speed up past 1/100th and the aperture more around the f/8. The blurring has been caused by the focus being missed in both images rather than camera shake. oh well you'll just have to go back again now

Thanks Jeremy87 didn't really think to bring my flash along actually. Funny how I didnt realize I only shot at 1/60th.. that is too slow.

yes.. next time I'll bring my Sigma flash! Thanks! (i'm sure there will be a next time, we LOVED costa rica)
