Here are several shots from a recent game. Even though I did a custom balance with a grey card, I still had problems with color balance.

What helps mine is to desaturate them just a bit. Makes skin tones look a bit more natural and keeps the whites from turning neon and the reds from taking over. give it a try on one of your shots and see if it makes 'em any better to YOUR eyes. Lighting wasn't too bad as I've seen worse. I was shooting at 3200 ISO, f/2.0 and f/2.2, SS 500. I did use noise ninja as well to clean up a little. Maybe add a small touch of saturation too.
