A while back, I summarized a lot of available bean bags (external link). From the referral traffic from POTN, I know that a lot of folks have liked the summary. One sack from the UK was reviewed but not first hand tested, a bag from PhotoBeanBags (external link), a small UK venture.

Over the last few months, I've been using this bag, to perform a review of the bag. The review is now complete and located at my blog, ChobeSafari.com (external link).

I have mostly used the bag for shooting my 100-400 from a small hide I use to photo birds. Especially for folks in the UK, where shipping costs will be low, this is an interesting option to consider. Not the very best bag, but, still a reasonable cost bag for use with lens such as the 70-200 or 100-400.

I also plan to review the new 'SkimmerSack (external link)' from the folks at Naturescapes, but have not received the bag for review at this date. I will update everyone once I have played with it. In particular, I am thinking this (quite big) bag may be ideal for panning from a vehicle window.
