Got a few shots of my buddy's E36 M3 tonight. Thoughts?

3 is my fave, great lighting on all of them. Have you lowered it ? the camber angle in the last shot is cool :)

Thanks. I believe it's 100% stock. The rear sits pretty decent already, front could use a bit of lowering though. This was my first time messing with off camera lighting for a car shoot. Bounced a 580exII into an umbrella for the main lighting and had a cheap Yongnuo YN460 to fill in where I felt needed.

I feel like I could have used another flash to help light the rear end a bit, maybe?

I'd like the first two better if you'd let the light from the sky help to outline the car: Post #98 in

A few reasons for Win...First and Foremost, the Ambers, Estoril over Dove Vaders, non-M/non-twisty sideskirts, Contours. As for details, clone out or move curb rash into less conspicuous location and clean under the valve stem(shot #4), but nonetheless the camber shot is my favorite. Get yourself some Bosch Ellip's of ZKW's to complete the look. I miss my E36 M3 if you couldn't tell.

Really like the last 2. Nice DoF.
The 2nd one would be awesome if it had a bit of fill on the hood, otherwise a nice shot. congrats!

ROLL TIDE!!!!!

this is where my gear list would go if I had one...

I can.

Nice shots of a clean looking car. Best color on the E36 M3 if you ask me.

Yeah, anytime you're dealing with a 10+yr old car, repairs are imminent. He's replacing the clutch/flywheel and a few other small things right now. Hoping to go forced induction sometime in the near future as well.

Looks like some serious camber for a stock e36 m3.

Estoril is the fastest color though :)
