These two shots are of my parents' eyes. :) Shot using Sigma 150mm macro, Sigma EM-140 macro flash, and Canon 450D, tonemapped in Photomatix, noise reduced in Photoshop CS3 and manipulated in Paint Shop Pro 9.

Wow that's a pretty cool effect, nice job. My only gripe is the whites of the eyes in the 2nd pic. It looks murky and almost zombie like.

Holy crap that's cool. Kinda creepy and disturbing, but really cool. Micro human HDRs, an interesting concept!

Oh, right, thank you! :)

It seems to only be the eyes of older people which make good subjects - at 1:1, young people's eyes don't fit in the frame as well and have far less skin detail to play around with. I'm glad you like them! :D
