42" PLM + what flash bracket?

I recently got my hands on a Manfrotto #3336 11' light stand. I want to use the 42" PLM but I'm not sure the speedlight flash bracket from flashzebra or b&h supports the PLM. Somebody help a newbie out. trying to figure out what i need to order. thanks!
