Taken recently in masai mara... the lion is perfectly horizontal, but the horizon is seriously angled...does this bother anybody and should it be fixed? I don't remember if that was a hill behind or not?!

I'd probably try making the tree in the background parallel to the sides of the picture and see how it looks.
Nice capture though.

A slight level.as the tree is straight. Also removed the yellow, green color cast? Could be my ol eyes...:)

I like the picture and don't think the horizon is a problem. It looks like what it is, a hill.

I think I would leave a bit more of the rainbow in the crop. Either way, a very nice shot.

First shot looks okay because the tree in the BG is vertical, not slanted. If the tree was out of whack; then I'd suggest 'fixing it'.

Awesome pix.. both cropped and wide angle!

That #2 is an awesome shot with the rainbow ! That looks like publisher material for a good book ! I'd frame it also ! Also the first image i would straighten it by rotating it where the tree is straight and the landscape is level then fill in with white or some light color perhaps light shade of green or similiar tint , then perhaps crop it slightly at the corners of the original only .

The lion, is your pot of gold at the end of that rainbow. Very nice.

The straightening of the first pic looks better, but I don't believe anything was wrong with the original colors.

Both are great shots, I would be happy to have taken.

I like the 100mm shot better because you can see more of the rainbow.
