And I agree it is out of its element when shooting sports...heck, just about any motion will render this pointless. What blur you get from panning totally wipes out the point of this kind of resolution. That alone leaves out like 75% of photography right there. I am working my way deeper into product/catalog work and the more into it i get the more resolution gets expected. I would rather compete WITH this, than against it.
