I haven't shared anything around here in months....well, I have a worthy subject today.

Capture this lot in Sheffield Mills, Nova Scotia. They come to this area because they are fed chickens from the local chicken farmers everyday.

I counted over 100 birds today.

All the trees around the farm looked like this:

While it is certainly an amazing shot, and I am not bothered by doing what you have to do to get a shot, where are the people that have serious issues with baiting? :) It seems that if someone lets a live mouse go to get a raptor shot...there are huge issues. Maybe it's just a matter of time. Regardless - this is a fantastic documentation of how these birds have made a HUGE comeback!
