how do we get spare parts for our tripods? I found my legs on their site:
http://www.gitzo.com …/systematic?code=GT3530LS (external link)
and found the parts I need in the spare parts list (D09514.24), but I can't order them from the site? I also emailed the distributor, but I'm just wondering if anyone knows a store that might have them.

I called the NJ Bogen office and gave them the part number. They sent it the same day.

If it's the Bogen office in NJ I've had nothing but good experience with them for warranty work and replacement parts. Good luck!

Yea as far as I know you have to go through Bogen in the US to get parts.

Depending on the parts, you may be able to get them from naturescapes.net
