AnnieMacD Oops, me again More info | Jan 12, 2016 17:34 | #4521 MedicineMan4040 wrote in post #17855755 OK finally home. I'm new to this thread but a lot know I love owls. I know many photographers go to Moline for eagles. We knew Moline wasn't going to be production for eagles several weeks before going....but the tickets were bought 11 months ago so we went with other dreams! I'm worn out from the travel day and must nap, but when I wake up I'll get some pics up of him flying ![]() ![]() Congratulations, MM. You must be a happy man with this shot in the bag, it's superb.

When my 7D2 was working, I loved the AF.... amazing technology but I have to say, I love the colors produced by the 1D IV. And btw, it's tracking isn't a problem for me either: it works well but not in the same hmmmmm "spectacular fashion" as the 7D2. I'll tell anyone I'm not a 'birder' but maybe an 'owler' Ha! I actually dream of them on a weekly basis....having awakened several times swearing I'm hearing them; once running outside to look--nothing of course. In three weeks we're headed to Canada to see if we can get lucky again. Fingers crossed. So you wake up hearing noises. Do you shout out "Whooo's there?" >>> Pictures? What pictures? <<<<
